The FF online store does not provide goods in exchange for a bill.
If a product FF has supplied turns out to be defective, FF will replace it with an intact one. In the case of compact discs or DVDs, the customer must return the defective product to FF (see address). In exchange, FF will send the customer an intact copy and, for orders within countries participating in the Single Euro Payments Area, reimburse the costs incurred by the customer provided that the customer supplies the necessary IBAN and BIC codes. In the case of downloadable products, FF will send an intact file to the customer through the Internet.
